linux software to download or grab youtube video

if we using IDM or youtube downloader to download video from youtube in windows, now linux also has software to download videos from youtube. first we need to download an application called Clip Grab.
open terminal and type

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:clipgrab-team/ppa
sudo apt-get update

this is will add Clip Grab repository.
and next type

sudo apt-get install clipgrab 

this is will installing Clip Grap on your linux.

ok after Clip Grab was installed in your linux machine, now open the software

application >> internet >> ClipGrab

or type clipgrab on your linux terminal

ok next open youtube.com , search a video and open it.
copy the video URL and open clip grab, then select "download" tabs and paste the URL.

choose the format and quality and press "Grab This Clip!" button and select directory where you want to save the video.
Clip Grab will start to download your video .
